As the newest addition to our team, Newell Golf will now provide top-quality instruction and operate a fully stocked on-site pro shop. With a mission to grow the game right here in our community, Newell Golf is dedicated to enhancing instructional programs, expanding junior golf opportunities, strengthening retail operations, and creating a welcoming, community-centered environment where players of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels can thrive. WPTV News Visits Park Ridge to Hear About Origins and Sustainability Efforts
On February 19, 2025, WPTV News Channel 5 stopped by Park Ridge Golf Course to learn more about the origins of the golf course. The Palm Beach County Golf team met with WPTV Meteorologist Frances Peyton to discuss Park Ridge Golf Course’s history and Palm Beach County Golf Operation’s sustainability efforts – sharing how transforming a former landfill into a thriving golf course is a prime example of sustainability in action.
